There are some common terms and conditions the user needs to adhere to while visiting and accessing this section.

The user confirms that he/she would not make illegal use of the data uploaded on the website nor make illegal copies of it and distribute and/or re-distribute them.
Submissions under Articles (Blogs / opinion pieces), Projects and Schemes should be original in character and shall have a plagiarism count of less than 5%. They should be originally uploaded on Planning Insights first.
Articles, description on projects / schemes shall be originally authored by you and should not be in violation of any copyright laws.
If the article, project, scheme has already been posted somewhere else and again you are posting the same write-up on planning insights; such content would not be accepted and shall be rejected to be uploaded on the website of planning insights.
Similarly, if the author wishes to post the content originally uploaded on Planning Insights, he/she can do so with prior approval from the company but after 6 months from originally being uploaded on Planning Insights. Also, the author needs to mention the phrase “originally uploaded on Planning Insights” on the other website.
Uploads under Thesis / Research paper categories can be uploaded from other sites on Planning Insights but should be original work of the author.
Thesis which is uploaded should necessarily be the one which is accepted by your college / university and approved by them. Though there are no terms on the topic on which uploading can be done but should be from the subjects of Architecture, GIS, Remote Sensing and different domains of urban planning.
Research Papers which can be uploaded should be accepted at conferences, seminars or competitions and should complete all other terms as mentioned above.
The file size for all submissions along with the images should be less than 10 MB.
The submissions would be checked by our team and upon approval would be posted on the website.

Video Section

Videos on the subjects of Architecture, GIS, Remote Sensing and other domains of planning like simulation videos, descriptive tutorials and working models can be uploaded in the section.
The file size should be less than 500 MB.
The video should be an original work of the creator and shall not infringe any copyright laws.
The submissions would be checked by our team and upon approval would be posted on the website.

Portfolio Section

Your academic portfolios can be uploaded here which should originally be yours and not copied or duplicated.
The pdf to be uploaded should be less than 10 MB.
The submissions would be checked by our team and upon approval would be posted on the website.

Discussion Forum

Questions can be uploaded in this section on topics related to the interest of Planning Insights.
Answers and replies can be given to them instantaneously.
Any question or answer not following Terms and Conditions laid down here would be removed from this section.
Discussion would be accepted on subjects of Architecture, GIS, Remote Sensing and domains of urban planning only.
No links and or marketing material should be shared through this section.

Data Hub

Any data should be uploaded in .zip format.
No links and or marketing material should be shared through this section.
The submissions would be checked by our team and upon approval would be posted on the website.
The user confirms that he/she would not make illegal use of the data uploaded on the website nor make illegal copies of it and distribute and/or re-distribute them.
The data uploaded should be free from any copyright laws and if violations are found it would be removed from the website.

All the fields filled in by the user through registration should be authentic and reliable. Fake logins or mischievous elements would be tracked down and reported for further actions. All data provided by the user shall completely follow our privacy policy.
